How do you train them not to bark you ask?

It's called consistency, just like anything else. I say "NO BARK" and that
means "no bark". If I hear them barking outside because the idiot neighbors
dogs stand there and bark I can just open the door and say "no bark". If I
have to step 1 foot off the deck or out the door they know "mommy isn't
happy". I even have added "you know better than that" and believe me I know
my neighbor thinks how does she do it? I can also go to the door and say "1,
2, & 3" and they all come running. It's not hard, it just takes a time and I
cannot stand to hear a dog bark for no reason.

We were all just playing outside and neighbors dogs were out barking and
carrying on while mine chased each other around jumping in and out of their
swimming pool.
