Yes. That is broken in multiple ways:

* first of all, someone added that by hand - it doesn't look like anything 
  which installing the official softload would have done

* secondly, the full line looks like it has been split over two lines - the
  RMEnsure line should be the _same_ line at the !Boot.Choices... bit!

* third, you don't need to be doing either of those because 5.16 post-dates
  the 5.14 release by about a year now

So my advice is to delete both of those lines completely so they don't cause
any problems in future.
