Great Minds Think Alike Department:

Clint, I received your email together with a response from HP.

HP said the same thing as you - that I should try a 3rd party registry
cleaner!
They suggested that I visit http://www.wugnet.com/shareware/spow.asp?ID=524
which recommends Your Uninstaller! 2008 Pro
and http://www.acelogix.com/ which is Ace Utilities.
Both of them are Shareware.

Clint, I looked for your suggestions for a registry cleaner. I couldn't find
them. You did write that I should look for a driver cleaner (I never knew
they existed) but you didn't give any specifics. Did I miss something in
your messages?

Harold suggested RegSeeker, at http://www.hoverdesk.net/freeware.htm

Does anybody have any other or different recommendations?

David Grossman
