Yes, Hugh, I think I did. I read in the Quick Start manual first, and I did
not plug in the printer data cable until after I had installed the driver in
the computer.

Have you tried deleting

I first tried uninstalling the printers, and then I tried deleting the
drivers. Because of the many error message I received, I wanted to use
System Install.
