One plan of action: 1) Download the SP3 ISO on another setup, make a CD. 2) Make an image of the system you wish to upgrade. 3) Use the SP3 CD to uprade your system. If the upgrade is not successful, do a restore. FWIW have a friend who has done this on several machines without having to restore any of them.
