If you're willing to forgive the install charge, just get your money back 
for the memory and buy elsewhere.  Where we choose to spend our hard-earned 
cash is the only way we customers have of showing our appreciation or 
disapproval.  Me?  I would go straight to the manager and raise holy hockey 
sticks over the entire ordeal, but there's no chance they could out-'tech' 
me in person on this issue.              lol
