Gman,

I looked at event viewer and saw these:

Error code 00000024

parameter 1:  001902fe

parameter 2:  eb21bc64

parameter 3:  eb21b960

prameter 4:  805505a1

I wondered if it could be a memory issue?  I have not d/l any new drivers 
that I know of recently, only the changes I mentioned already.
