Indeed. I use the inbuilt nettime facility on Iyonix, BB, PB and RPi,
and it seems to synchronise the times without problem. I use
uk.pool.ntp.org.

On the Iyo, nettime_status reports

*nettime_status
Current time: Friday, 20 March 2015 14:38:17.00
Status: Sleeping
Last adjustment: 41 seconds ago
Last delta: 0.002687 seconds fast
Last server: uk.pool.ntp.org
Last protocol: SNTP
Poll interval: 30 minutes

while on the PandaBoard I get

*nettime_status
Current time: Friday, 20 March 2015 14:39:45.58
Status: Sleeping
Last adjustment: 21 minutes 21 seconds ago
Last delta: 0.014943 seconds slow
Last server: ntppub.le.ac.uk
Last protocol: SNTP
Poll interval: 30 minutes
