I usually get 'busy' too but do, occasionally, get a successful sync -
enough to keep my computer accurate.  Configure / Time+date setup uses
'pick a server automatically' and 30m (sic) between clicks.

I may be wrong, but I put the 'busy' failures down to inherent delays in
our satelite internet system.  It might work better if the NetTime module
tried a little longer before giving up.
