Some progress. I can write an audio CD. But I have to choose 'track at once'. The 'disc at once' option doesn't work. I've set the track 'gap' (pause) to '0' but this may be a problem as some classical works require no gap at all. And writing each track independently also risks frame offset misalignments. So the problem seems fairly specific. I've emailed Steffen in the hope he will recognise the symptoms.
