I noticed that when I added the KBr to my PC-Prestone.

I really like this developer. Even more now with the restrainer.  I just did
a high res scan of a 6x7 neg and I had to magnify the image 18 times to get
to where I could barely detect grain.  This on Neopan 400.  Tones and
contrast are lovely.  I can't ask anything more.
