I agree with your fighting of the Laws giving rights to Illegal search and
seizure and you are also correct that it is covered?in the US Constitution.?
That hasn't meant alot since Jan. though.? I can tell you that if an?Animal
Control Agent came busting into my home if the dogs didn't get him I would.
? I do not agree that Public Defenders don't care and don't try. If they didn't
care they would be working in some corporate Law Office making 3 times the
money.? These are Liberals that think they can make a difference but when they
get in and are so over whelmed by the shear volume of cases they soon figure
out they can't give due attention to any case. There job is to get the best
Plea Bargain they can get and move on to the next one.
? My suggestion for this problem is to hire 3 times as many public defenders
and triple the current pay scale.? The only other thing to do, would be to have
people stop committing so many crimes.? Since?neither is going to happen what
do we do.? There are far more crimes committed by poor people, should we (the
people) pay for Clarence Darryl for all of them.? If they don't feel they get
adequate Legal Representation then don't commit the crime that lands them in
jail
