In most rural Texas counties they do not pay enough to have any worthwhile
public defenders. The only ones there are newbies, or those who can not
make it on their own. So most of the time they just tap different attorneys
and say" Hey Dude, this is you month to be a defender" Does not matter if
they have any experience in Criminal Law or not. Any since they only
receive the pittance county pay, not there usual 5 to 6 figure retainers, they

any names of Leberal or Conservative to them, only "lazy"
