I have proposed from time to time that this problem is best dealt with
a group effort to compile an organized FAQ list or some sort of
knowledgebase rather than wasting time for redundant effort.
Also, about other forums. It would be more preferrable if the original
poster told us about other forums and solicit direct contributions
there, so that the thread is left intact and less room is made for
misquoting, etc.
