Yes.  I don't even know whether DVB-xx would be better.  But the 
most persuasive argument is that there the manufacturers have 
demonstrated a willingness to make boxes, instead of excuses.

That part is obviously a done deal.  So who are we to argue when 
Zenith/LG says that ATSC boxes cannot be marketed successfully?
