Cell phones which can receive DVB-T and DVB-T set up to work well mobile and fixed on any size sceen, ubiquitous DTV is the answer. As it is DVB-T was not set up for mobile in Europe and still cell phone are being sold there to receive it in Germany and Italy now, maybe elsewhere also.
