Although DVB-H can be the robust side of a DVB-T HM stream, it really isn't necessary for most reception issues. The DVB-H is only needed for handheld cell phones to reduce power consumption.
The LG MP3 player I linked to earlier had a 2 hour battery life while watching DVB-T, and a 20 hour life for music. Time sliced DVB-H, with smaller resolution video (thus fewer total packets per second required) will greatly extend battery life.
