To lighten what could easily get out of
hand and to offer some humour, my son suggests that child prams ought to be
MOT'd just to be on the safe side!
I fully agree with him Ian and can I add the Mothers ought to take a pram
driving test!!!
The most dangerous driver on this earth is a woman pushing a buggy with an
umberella!!!!!
