    Cyber-Stalking

http://www.usdoj.gov/criminal/cypercrime/cyberstalking.htm

Cyber-Stalking is getting out of control. In 1999,
Vice President Al Gore address the issue of
Cyber-Stalking. How this persons needed to be given
harsh punishments for their actions on the computer.
The Cyber-Stalker and the actual Stalker have
somethings in common. For instance, they both are
breaking the law, and they are feeding off the fear of
their victims. But, the Cyber-Stalker has a little
more control. They can be someone you know (a friend
and/or co-worker), or they could be someone who lives
on the other side of the world. That scary me just to
think about it. The Cyper-Stalker can get into your
emails, and send bad messages to others under your
name. They can get all kinds of information about you
(address, phone#,etc.) At the above address they tell
you about a couple of cases of Cyber-Stalkers that got
caught.
