[TechAssist] Re: low res on a hi res

Since it is not my fault and since I cant do anything about it, I would take
a HD signal source with me and show the customer that the unit works
properly with the type of signal that it was designed to receive. I would
expain to them that the problem was due to the signal souces currently
available and that the proper types were scheduled to become more available.
