The hook up of these sets a very important.  If the source is not HD(or =
DVD)
the primary video input that should be used is Composite.  The reason =
for
this is a decent HD tv had a much better comb filter than the source =
does.
This is extremely true for Toshiba's HD sets.  The S-Video output of a
satellite receiver is horrible.  I have had customers look at me =
strangely
when I suggest the swapping from S-Video to Composite, after the =
salesman
said that S-video produces a better picture no matter the source.  There =
is
a large improvement on Non HD when using the composite over the =
s-video...
This holds true for all the sets my store sells and services(Hitachi, =
RCA,
Toshiba, Sharp, Epson, etc...)  I still can sell the customer a $100
composite cable over the $100 S-video cable on these sets..
