Laura,
I've never seen the point in discussing genetics about "x" dog or "y" dog
unless someone was interested in (a) obtaining a puppy from a particular
breeding or (b) interested in incorporation a particular dog into their
breeding program.
In those instances, when I've had questions, I've gone directly to the
source (breeders and/or owners), and asked my questions. In other words,
I'm
not listening to idle chatter about a dog third, fourth or tenth hand.
Although there are plenty of folks who love to gossip that way...that info
is
worth what you paid for it IMO.
EVERY pedigree has what I call genetic "bads". The trick is to know what
you won't tolerate and what you can live with but want to try like hell not
to double up on.
