This is not a review comment, but a playability comment...
In section 85, it says you may take 2 items - but no reason is given.
There is a pile of salvage there, I have room in my backpack - why would I not
take as much as I can?
Sometimes when it says you can only take N items, it is because somebody is
offering you something from a selection. In this case though, there seems no
rationale - should we include a footnote of some description?
