Hopefully these can be accepted/rejected without too much stress. The "biggie"
is the "<blah>, then" issue which affects ALL of the books. Although it's a lot
of work, it probably should get fixed. Once a precedent is set, I'll start
trawling through the other books fixing this for consistency.
