Hi All,
I hope your all well and keeping safe, we have had a really positive day, the
staff and residents have been upbeat and everyone is in good spirits, there are
no changes to the residents on dementia, we are continuing to barrier nurse and
isolate the unit, the
lady has returned from hospital post 7 days symptom free, we will continue to
isolate her as a precaution.
I have attached the menu for today, the lunch was delicious, we have also had a
general staff meeting which was an excellent turned out and really quite
positive given the circumstances, I have also made up my own awards to
recognise how hard the staff are
working and how they are going over and above there duties. I have called this
Hero of the week (All domestic staff received this) and also Most Outstanding
employee of the week (Sarah Simpson, who is our domestic on the dementia unit).
they also received
a gift token.
Leroy has done Keep fit this morning. We have had some residents facetime
yourselves. and we are continuing residents stimulated during all these extra
duties.
Please continue to vote for my staff they defintley deserve to be recognised
and I would love them to all be nominated.
