Hi All,

I hope you are all well, we have had a lovely day the sun has been shining and
residents and staff have all been positive and the staff moral is good. We have
had LOTS AND LOTS of Easter eggs/mini Easter eggs and cards and letters from
yourselves for the staff, which I cannot thank you enough, the staff do really
appreciate all of this and we have had lots of visitors where they have left
Easter presents and cards for their loved ones.

Leroy has been performing keep fit this morning, the residents did initially
want to do this outside, but went outside for about 30 seconds and came back
in... it was a great turn out. In the afternoon they have been in the garden
enjoying the sun and having afternoon tea.

I have attached the days menu, also I found this sign attached to the tree
outside, I have no idea who put it there, but thought that is it lovely 🙂 On
the dementia floor Tina has been doing 1:1s and pampering sessions.

The gentleman that was poorly on the dementia unit unfortunately has passed
away late yesterday evening, he was being treated for a chest infection, but
the GP has said that we need to record that he comes under the category of
suspected COVID, he was very comfortable and peaceful and I know the family
will not mind me saying that when this is all over we will hold our own
memorial garden party for him. W

We still have the other gentleman that is poorly too but does not have COVID
symptoms.

Please clap for us and the NHS at 8, we will be looking outside to hear you all,
