Sorry to keep asking this, but have you *tried* running SpecialFX to see
if that makes things work (I've just seen you say that it can't be caused
by SpecialFX, as you don't use it)? SpecialFX contains code to fix a
known problem with drawfiles failing to print from some software
(including Fireworkz), due to 'high memory' problems. Given the symptoms
you describe, there's a fair chance that this is your problem and that
using SpecialFX will solve it.
Give SpecialFX a try; as it's free, even if it doesn't help you've lost
nothing.
