That is correct, so it isn't very useful.
Is it possible to re-flash the ROM with 5.16 (using Tungsten-516Flash)? Are
there likely to be any problems in doing so?
You could do that, but better not to do another 2 unnecessary reflashes.
Get someone to zip up their copy of !Restore516 and sent it to you.
