The real reason not to do this is because of the extra capacitance from
the extra width of the trace at the corner when using big fat traces.
This excess capacitance will cause some delay if you have a significant
number of right angle bends. They may also add some skew in
differential routed lines if not routed evenly.

why is it suggested not to have 90 degree bends for the traces while
routing ?
If some one can give me the electrical/electronics and manufacturing
reasons I will be greatful to them

can I ask
