I would be more impressed with my accomplishment if I could determine that at least some of the problems I had were not self-induced and could be blamed on HP or Vista or XP. :-)) I now know more about partitioning and installing operating systems and tweaking them than I ever thought I would. I sometimes wonder why I can't be happy with a new computer straight out of the box. I have no real idea as to why I do/did all of this except to satisfy my urge to be a reckless maverick. :-)) Don Sandi Beach wrote: > Don, I am so impressed by your accomplishments--and a bit overwhelmed! > Sandi > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Don" <dswabc@xxxxxxxxx> > To: <pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Sent: Wednesday, June 17, 2009 10:26 AM > Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Partitioning > > > >> UPDATE >> >> I now have a fully functioning dual boot installation of XP and Vista >> with all current updates on my HP computer.
