Brave general goes into battle with men. Always wears a red shirt. Over
the hill, there's ten times more men. General says give me my red shirt
and don't forget my brown pants.

Demonstration speech, Project #3. How to frost a cake and impress your
friends. Be adequately prepared with proper tools. 3 things: 1. Prepare
work. 2. Tools. 3. Method.
Speech #2: Alan Wong
Why we Volunteer. Colorado Mission of Mercy. Once a year entity. Last
week it was held in Pueblo. Over 1000 volunteers. Grateful patients. We
get more in return than what we give.

Big brother episode could not breath. No Cent. (no scent - good one
Robin).
#2. Jeff Stoll. Q: What does it mean when somebody shows their true
colors? A: Means showing how you really act, inside level of integrity.
#3. Jason Marine. Q: What kind of car would you put these (color
lavender) on and how would you sell it? A: Popular color in Finland.
Quartz compound helps to gain traction and grabs the ice.
#4. Kathy Barrett. Q: Why do colors go together and other contrast? A:
Continue with lavender tires, yellow Mitsubishi adds bling.
#5. Colette Smith. Q: Encounter close friend, why paint house orange and
pink? A: Husband is color blind. Explain how nocent this is.
#6. Ray Pezolt. Q: New trend. Have clothes look like green and lavender
- why? A: Buy clothes on sale. If price is good, that's all that
matters. I deal with people that's in no cent. (good one Ray).
#7. Alan Wong. Q: What is seasonal colors? A: Dream of Juan shrinking
my clothes. Ask my wife who is heck is Juan? (Yes, I know, how the heck
does Juan come close to answering the question. It's no wonder I didn't
win table topics).
#8. Adam Vesely. Q: Why he wants Kathy painted in these colors? A:
Mother Tucker Brewery, Kathy has an M & M issue. Kathy gets lost in
Arizona.
#9. Katelynn Stoll. Q: Why find food this color appetizing? A: Only if
it's a cake or a frosted cookie.
#10. Sergio (Guest). Q: Why the colors of the rainbow in the order that
they are in? A: So the Leprechaun's can find them.
General Evaluator: Adam Vesely
Evaluator #1: Colette Smith on Katelynn.
Struggled with icing on the cake. Demonstration spoke to stomach. Natural
presence and ease. Connected with audience. Simplicity, right tools,
right preparation. Have a cake already prepared.
Evaluator #2: Ray Pezolt on Alan.
Concept up lift, good story. Good gestures, no notes. Don't use the word
stuff. Great story telling but lacked passion. No call to action. Never
told people to volunteer.
Adam on Colette. Solid evaluation. Conclusion was non nonchalant. Adam
on Ray. What do do to improve. Brutal honesty.
Reports - Ah-Counter: Alan Wong. Hardest role. Jason, Jeff, and Sergio
only ones that got clicked.

Adam on Robin - not a fan of the phrase pleasure making mode. Jason - good
inspiration.
Role descriptions: Jeff and Robin descent description. Alan just glossed
over his. Dirk on Table Topics - there was to description as to why we do
table topics. Kathy as toastmaster - good job filling in roles on the
fly. Efficient use of emails.

Best Speech: Katelynn Stoll.
There were 10 members and one guest. It was a smaller group than usual and
it allows for everyone to be more involved. Kathy did an excellent job as
toastmaster as did everyone that participated. Good job on Katelynn
winning best speech. Apparently you can bake a cake AND eat it too if your
