Described characters just enough to envision them. Created conflict
between you and James. Created conflict with his dad and overcoming them.
Audience all learned something. Good use of stage. Best part of speech
was the change in cadence.
Evaluator #2. RIcha Acharya on Kevin Stamper.
Got everyone involved with 1,2,3. We can all relate to his speech.
Gestures done in a way to enhance his speech. Subtle humor and
appropriate.
Evaluator #3. Lori HIgh on Manoj Vasudevan.
Bow and arrow on tale of searching for love. Forceful start. Great use of
humor. Message relates to a lot of people. Great use of stage and
gestures. Dark suit lost in the dark back ground, made him not as
visible. Advice from mama. Ended with still married and yes, to the same
wife.

Jonathan Kolber evaluating the meeting. Shirley did one hell of a job
filling in roles. Kept the theme engaging. Table topics moved along in a
sprightly fashion. Grammarian pushed out nuggets. Quiz master had mama
bear questions. Jennifer thought they were more baby bear questions.
Evaluator #1 DIrk - Comprehensive, found specific opportunities to
improve, phone.
Evaluator #2 Richa - Nice job pointing out how things tied together. Did
not find any improvments.
Evaluator #3 Lori - Enunciation, humor, insighful. Head without
background. "

We had 11 members and no guests. Shirley was an excellent toastmaster
and it was her first time being toastmaster. Excellent job Shirley. We
saw videos of the speakers that came in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place and I
thought it was interesting as a club, we voted the winner to be Kevin
Stamper. Obviously, it's not 1,2,3 with our voting system. Or is that UN.
. .OOOO. . . EEEE?
You just had to be there. Small group but I find these small groups to be
more insightful. It's more engaging and it allows everyone to be
involved. It's a feel of family and a chance to learn. Is that not what
Toastmasters is all about?
Next weeks meeting will be held at the Moo G Moon. I am sorry to say
I will not be there next week but Luis will be there to open up. He will
also recap the meeting for me and I"m already looking forward to reading
