www.ibuypower.com may be an option for a custom built computer.  You can 
specify everything from the case and power supply to the memory, video 
card and everything in between.

Start with one of the mid or upper range suggestions and then 
upgrade/downgrade from there.

Even if you do not buy there the system configurator is very thorough 
and will give you a good idea of what can be configured and how much a 
top-notch system will cost.
