Ok, the tower is perfectly fine if you like all those lights and fancy 
doo-dads.  We already know that the video card you selected will fit in it 
and I already told you that the video card is a good choice.

Just pick one of the optical drives.  Either one will allow you to burn both 
CDs and DVDs, regardless of type (DVD+ vs. DVD-).

A System Restore disk set from an OEM system won't help you here.  you need 
a full install disk for whatever OS you plan to install.

I'll see if I can get that site to the point where it has your selections 
just to see what cooling options they offer.  I'll then give you my 
recommendation based on that list.  It'll likely be tomorrow before I get to 
it because I'm currently in the midst of a really tough remote malware 
removal session (4 1/2 hours so far - just waiting for the person to reboot 
and invite me back).
