One of our interns and I are working on the user guide this weekend.
Step 1: convert PDF back to source [content done, lots of formatting to go]
Step 2: rebuild PDF [build is working]
Step 3: change TrueCrypt to CipherShed [I have most of the graphics done]
Step 4: rebuild PDF
Step 5: Fix issues...
Step 6: goto step 5.
We will publish to github and send a pull request.
