When I rebuilt my darkroom I put in a laminate hardwood floor over the
concrete - inexpensive and easy to clean-up. My aesthetic choice was
driven by the one on sale. I also put an 'anti-fatigue mat' in front of
the sink. Makes those hours tilting a tray with lith a little easier on
the feet (as does the stool).
