Uh Oh Bert.

Another Net neutrality rule called into question.

Is this a form of paid prioritization?

Is it throttling?

Looks like the customer gets to choose from various options...

What is more important:

Forcing everyone to lay by the same rules?

Letting the marketplace provide options at various price points?

It is noteworthy that the cost per bit continues to fall based on real world 
competition. 

Would Bert prefer that the FCC decide what companies should offer, and everyone 
pay the same for a less capable service? ( i.e. service degradation based on 
the inability to prioritize service levels).

That's what happens when you remove consumer options...
