As I mentioned, the web reviews say it does:
http://reviews-zdnet.com.com/Maxent_MX_50X3/4507-6482_16-31631885.html?tag=sub
http://reviews.cnet.com/Maxent_MX_50X3/4507-6482_7-31631885.html

Someone's wrong.

Here's a model I just picked off of Panasonic's web site a moment ago:
http://www2.panasonic.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/vModelDetail?storeId=15001&catalogId=13401&itemId=86138&cacheProgram=11002&cachePartner=7000000000000005702&surfModel=TH-42PA25U/P&catGroupId=24983&surfCategory=37\

It may be an old model, but it's a current offering.

TTFN,
Mark
