Give me an example of a company that's in violation. Near as I can
tell, all the *manufacturers* are abiding by the tuner mandate in
their product lines, but they obviously can't force retailers to
order a product mix that meets the requirements of the mandate.

- By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word
