We walked the pathways around the north campus of U of O, basically along the 
mill race, then crossed the foot bridge to include the public garden of Alton 
Baker and river trail.  Most of the ducks were in the mill race by the north 
campus.  The cold temperatures made it a bit uncomfortable. A BLACK-HEADED 
GROSBEAK was not seen by the group.  It is a feeder bird reported to me by a 
person in the neighborhood.

Cackling Goose  a small number feeding with Canadas near the foot bridge and a 
flyover flock.
