Christine sums it up nicely here IMHO.
    As a "Touch Reader" of Braille, I find that bullets, 
    asterisks, indented text, blank lines and the like all help 
    me to quickly and more efficiently understand what it is 
    that the original author wished to convey to me.

And from one of our braille teachers, this is more important
in material that needs to be skimmed quickly to locate something
than in more leisurely reading.

So yes, keep the lists and look forward to the improvements in
processing them by Duxbury.
