Aloha listers,
One of our ongoing jobs contains lots of lists and the client needs to know
it is a list. We apply the list code with a runover offset of 2 for these
lists, but do not include the bullets.

I find that interesting. Is there no semantic information to be gained through knowing that a particular sequence of items is presented as a list, rather than a series of paragraphs?
I can't think of one right away, but I feel there might be.
