I think that's a good idea, especially if you post
again that you're submitting the book. Otherwise
people might not notice that it's on the download
list. Also, you could say that it's a resubmission
because the first was rejected, butyou don't know why,
and you can ask, so if it's something simple like a
copyright that the validator didn't see or that got
cut off in the scanning it would be a simple fix and
the whole book wouldn't have to be rescanned.
