I just had a thought - do you use norton? I couldnt' get my mail in - finally,
my isp had me disable the part in norton that checks the mail - so if you do,
disable that and see what happens.

Boy does this look familiar -- My email comes in but when I go
to send, I get a message like this that my ISP terminated my
connection and it won't send it out. And yes, I just converted
to OE 6!

But -- I AM still on and connected. The only thing that works
for me is to go out of OE 6, disconnect and then reconnect,
then my mail is sent -- very annoying. The really goofy part
of this is that it doesn't happen every time I send mail --
only sporadically.

By the time I remember to contact the ISP -- they've gone home
(LOL). So let me know when you get this solved -- it might
pertain to me also.
