Its not really you, per say. Its pretty much how spread around your email
address is. Apparently your email address is out there enough that all
these people, places or machines have it handy to send you the notice. Not
sure the source of those emails, so don't know if someone is physically
typing in your email address, or if its coming from others' address books.
