so much of the spam is not legitimate - more scams too.
Even if they had to prove they were legit and put traceable info in - I think
the amount of spam would be cut down!
but you're right - very difficult!

I think both will be difficult to achieve in the long run.  HOWEVER, these
scumbags should be forced to give clear, legitimate *traceable* information
on who they are and who they work for so that pi**ed off consumers will know
exactly who to send out of business.
