Good idea, Trevnal, I will ask them. If I am able to resolve this that way, I will certainly let everyone know. One thought just occured to me, there are 3 computers in our home and I set up all of them. We have 2 phone lines, and they all use my account to dial up on. The other 2 computers have no problem so it has to be just my computer that has something wrong. Correct? And not the ISP, right?
