All the modules need to be upgraded.

Why not coordinate with Nielx, so that there is no duplication of
work? :)

I like the current theme, but I find that it does not scale well
navigation wise if we wanted to add more menus, nor is it easy to
localize the menus (they are graphics).

This would be a good opportunity to modify the menu area of the header
so that it is extensible and it uses text for the menus.
