Birded the UW Arboretum from 7:15 to 11:15 am. It was cloudy and cold with a northeast wind. Highlights: An Osprey (FOY) flew directly over me at Big Spring carrying some round, furry animal and being chased by 5 crows. I saw 7 Yellow-rumped Warblers but they were all singles scattered around the arb. I enjoyed listening to the songs of 2 Brown Thrashers and 3 Fox Sparrows. I'm really looking forward to the possibility of snow tomorrow. No, I think that would be a "lowlight". My eBird report is appended below.
