Yes, it is OE6 and comes with IE6 which is free,
but I do not know if you can get OE6 seperately,
but you should be able to type it in Search and
come up with something maybe!

None, if you install it over IE6 beta as I did or
IE5, 5.5, but it is recommended that IE6 beta be
reverted back to IE5 or IE5.5 as I had said
before, I just got in a hurry and didn't do it and
it worked for me!
